The servers at breakfast were exceptional. One in particular stood out: On my first day, I requested lemon slices for my tea. On the second day when I arrived, he rememberd and brought me lemon without my asking! That is what I call great service and will motivate me to stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again and recommend it to friends. The staff at the front desk were also friendly, yet very professional and helpful. I also loved the modern shower.

The location was great. Close to everything but on a quieter street. Room was very spacious compared to many other hotels in NYC. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Our room was on the 15th floor with big windows and a nice view to the street and fift avenue. Complimentary coffee in the morning from the reseption desk.

Excellent location, just off the main hustle and bustle of Times square, but close enough to enjoy all Upper Manhattan has to offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast option which is taken in an attached Italian Restaurant. The food on offer was lovely. We would certainly return to this hotel again. Our room on the 16th Floor gave us a great view of the Rockefeller centre. The facilities in the room were excellent, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, safe and the bathroom was very spacious with a great shower.

Overall, room was clean, comfy and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was friendly, hotel was in great condition and price was good for time of year. Room was quiet and right next to water and ice machine. Bonus!!

The staff was extremely helpful at check-in and throughout the week answering questions. The location was absolutely perfect for our experience. So close to all of the bucket list items (Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller, Broadway shows, etc.

The location was fantastic. We were close to everything. The room was very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. Honestly, I heard New Yorkers could be brusk. Everywhere we went they were warm and inviting. The hotel staff were the first to be cheerful and helpful. Couldn't have been better first impression.

The service was top notch! The location is everything. We walked to shows on Broadway and shopped in Times Square and 5th Avenue. The rooms were really spacious for Manhattan. There is a parking garage 10 feet away with a discount rate for renters at Hilton Garden Inn (but it’s still typical Manhattan parking rates which for us was discounted to $50/night in Jan 2024)). The service was FANTASTIC and prompt to get extra towels or to answer questions. The only thing limited my score from 10 is that there was one elevator working for 21 floors. We walked down the 12 flights of stairs easily, but after shopping with multiple bags, there was no way I was going to walk up 12 flights of stairs. The elevator wait was up to 20 minutes. The front desk staff was very understanding and accommodating as much as they could, but lots of renters would get irate knowing one small elevator was coming and they’d have to wait for multiple just to get to their room. Unbeatably this was out of anyone’s control who was working there, but it would have been a reason to pick another location had we known. Otherwise, it’s a great stay. We rented 2 rooms and it was a deal.
