Everything was what we expected based on brand and reviews. Nice and clean hotel, excellent location, staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room itself was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable. Location-wise, the hotel is perfect—just a short walk to shops, and public transport. I felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. I’ll definitely be returning!

The servers at breakfast were exceptional. One in particular stood out: On my first day, I requested lemon slices for my tea. On the second day when I arrived, he rememberd and brought me lemon without my asking! That is what I call great service and will motivate me to stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again and recommend it to friends. The staff at the front desk were also friendly, yet very professional and helpful. I also loved the modern shower.

Location was good for getting to Times Square and some museums, but I would never stay here again. The strests were dirty (with piles of garbage on the pavement at night) and I was afraid to go out sometimes even in the day. Good size of rooms and clean bathrooms. Gym was decently equipped and you could store luggage for free.

The location was perfect. That’s really what you’re paying for with this room. We walked to many of the main attractions and there were multiple nearby subway lines to take us everywhere else. We saw Broadway shows every night and it was so nice to simply walk 10 minutes instead of arranging transportation late at night. Shout out to the staff and the manager. They were helpful, positive and polite - greeting us when we entered and making our stay great.

The location was great. Close to everything but on a quieter street. Room was very spacious compared to many other hotels in NYC. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Our room was on the 15th floor with big windows and a nice view to the street and fift avenue. Complimentary coffee in the morning from the reseption desk.

Excellent location, just off the main hustle and bustle of Times square, but close enough to enjoy all Upper Manhattan has to offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast option which is taken in an attached Italian Restaurant. The food on offer was lovely. We would certainly return to this hotel again. Our room on the 16th Floor gave us a great view of the Rockefeller centre. The facilities in the room were excellent, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, safe and the bathroom was very spacious with a great shower.

Location was perfect. 5 mins walk from Times Square and perfect for all theatres! 5 mins walk from rockerfeller and subway station. The subway there went direct downtown and also up to Yankees stadium. Getting around was so easy! Room is small but in comparison to other nyc properties, this is a generous size! Plenty room for 2 people. Bathroom was quite big, big shower. Easy check in and check out. It’s a no fuss hotel, that’s perfect for what you need in nyc.

Overall, room was clean, comfy and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was friendly, hotel was in great condition and price was good for time of year. Room was quiet and right next to water and ice machine. Bonus!!
